Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! The program was fantastic. We enjoyed it very much. We loved the music and the narration. We even shed a few tears. It was very touching. As we reflect on last night's program, we feel more patriotic, more inspired to do good, more grateful and more blessed. Natalie has been talking nonstop at home about this program. We feel she has learned much about America in preparing for it."

"I teach a multiage class of 4th, 5th and 6th graders in Idaho Falls. Last night, along with two primary multi-age classes (1st, 2nd, 3rd grades) my student's performed your "Heroes" program for Veterans Day. It was a HUGE success. We have been told dozens of times that we should have taped the program and sent copies of the tape to service men and women overseas. "I've been thinking a lot this week about the fine patriotic program our students participated in last Thursday and Friday...Please know I appreciate your unselfish and dedicated effort. The clever lyrics, beautiful orchestration and meaningful dialogue - all blended into one masterful presentation. I'm enclosing a copy of a letter I received yesterday from the grandfather of one of our students. It touched me to the core:
"Dear Principal Bingham, It has taken me a few days to do some careful thinking about how to express my deepest appreciation for the remarkable program your school presented for our enjoyment...The emotions which stirred me as I listened and watched, overflowed as tears finally refused to be denied and controlled....Although some of the kindergarten children may not grasp their roles in life, they nevertheless typify the strength of all nations. I know the beautiful lesson your program gave us, stressed the the value of remembering events of the past so as to strengthen the hopes for our future. "This thank you for your wonderful music is long overdue. Every year our school district has a special Veteran's Day program and each school is assigned a musical number. At Hooper School (4-5-6 grades) we do your songs. One year we did "Light of Liberty." The students were dressed in red, white and blue t-shirts and sat in the shape of a flag. Each student brought a flashlight- those in red shirts had red cellaphane over their flashlights, etc.. The next year we did "Thank You Military" and this time we used your visual aide. There was not a dry eye in the room when we finished. The community remembered it long after we preformed and I still hear comments on how it touched their hearts. I just want to say thank you for all the music. People tell me they look forward to coming each year. The students love the music and so do I. The values that your songs teach are very much needed in today's society. Thank you for sharing your talent with us. God Bless You.
