How do I receive the program after purchasing?
After completing your order, a download link will appear on your Account page. It will also be emailed to you. You will be able to immediately download the entire program which includes vocal tracks, accompaniment tracks, lyric sheets, recorded narrations, and narration sheets.
Can I purchase a single song from a program?
Yes. Go to the Songs page where you’ll find all of our songs available for individual purchase. You can also buy sheet music and visual aids if we have them available.
Digital download problems?
We are aware that for some customers, when downloading the purchased music onto a PC, the downloaded folder contains TWO sets of files with the same names. This is due to the unzipping process and we are not sure why this takes place. Unfortunately, in some cases, the first set of files do not contain data and won’t play when selected. DON’T PANIC…the music is there! Scroll down in the folder to the duplicate set of song files and click on the SECOND set. It should play for you as an mp3 without any problems. If it doesn’t, then please call or contact us.
Can I make copies of your CD’s and digital downloads?
Purchasing a performance packet does NOT grant permission to replicate and distribute copies of our music in any form. This would be a direct violation of international copyright laws.
